Responsibilities:

  • Plan manufacturing process sequence and       prepare detailed operation sheet through the     manufacturing cycle from receipt of material     to parts shipment using customer prints, solid     models, specification sheets and other     documents
  • Develop solid model process using Unigraphics (CAD) software
  • Design dies, punches, tools and fixtures and write CNC machining programmes
  • Perform tolerance study analysis, use lean and six-sigma principles and tools for meeting     safety, quality, delivery and productivity goals
  • Update and upgrade processes using the latest methods and technology
  • Perform other related engineering duties as required including reviewing deviated hardware
  • Develop repair/salvage processes for deviated hardware
  •  

    Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical Engineering with at least 3 years’     experience in process engineering or a multi-process environment OR a Diploma holder with     5-8 years’ aforementioned experience
  • An aerospace background would be a plus
  • For the Machining Positions: Machining knowledge and an understanding of machine     capabilities, especially N/C machines
  • For the Fabrication Positions: Knowledge of cold and hot forming, multi-level bills of     materials, assembly, welding, brazing and heat treatment
  • Solid modeling experience using CAD software (eg. AutoCAD, Unigraphics, CATIA, etc)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
  • Highly motivated, a team player, with ability to multitask and good project management     skills
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with strong command of English

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage the repair and development projects for aero-engine component repairs
  • Perform tooling design
  • Provide technical support to the production department on yield improvement
  • Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical Engineering
  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in an aerospace repair and overhaul environment is preferred
  • CAAS papers, L11 or L12 & C14 would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read technical material, develop analysis and make recommendations
  • Knowledge of TIG welding, plasma spray, heat treatment and machining will be a plus



    Responsibilities:

  • Prepare design and maintain engineering drawings and documentations
  • Requirements:

  • NTC (Nitec)/ITC (Higher Nitec)/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 2-3 years’ relevant experience in technical writing in an engineering or     manufacturing environment
  • Ability to read engineering blueprints is a must
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office applications
  • Good communications skills with strong command of English
  • Meticulous and independent

     


    Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and support to the HR Manager in all HR related activities including     recruitment, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, training & development,     employee relations & communications, annual performance assessment, monthly     statistical reports, HRIS, recreational activities and other ad-hoc HR initiatives.
  • Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management
  • At least 2 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or MNC environment
  • Experience in payroll administration
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Team player, self-motivated, resourceful and independent
  • Must be able to interact well with all levels of employees
  •  



    Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with internal and external customers on shipment activities
  • Perform cycle count and stock take
  • Manage and monitor stock inventories
  • Handle full documentations and perform system updating in Syteline
  • Perform ad hoc activities as assigned

    Requirements:

  • Min GCE ‘O’ level / Diploma in Logistics Management
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing logistics environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Able to commence work within short notice
  • Experience in Syteline will be an advantage

  • Provide general administrative support to Customer Service and Engineering Department
  • Open sales order and order entry
  • Update of prices and contract review file
  • Filing of invoices, documents etc
  • General office admin duties
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements:

  • GCE 'O' Level
  • At least 1 year's experience in administrative function
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organisation skills and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous and able to handle data entries accurately and efficiently
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  •  

  • Higher Nitec/Nitec in Precision Engineering (Machining)
  • Ability to operate CNC machines and/or conventional machines
  • Knowledge if CNC programming and operations an advantage
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts
  •  

  • At least 1 to 2 years’ relevant working experience in aerospace industry

  • Must be able to work rotating shifts
  •  


  • At least 1to 2 years’ TIG welding experience
  • Able to perform benching operations and/or mechanical clean operations
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts
  •  

  • Possess NAS 410 Level 2 on FPI
  • At least 1 to 2 years experience in aerospace industry
  • Must be able to work rotating shifts
  •  


  • Min GCE ‘N’/’O’/SPM

  • At least 1 to 2 years’ experience working in quality inspection or as a final/in process     inspector

  • Proficient in the use of CMM, profile projector and other standard measuring instruments

  • Must be able to work rotating shifts
